Excellent Customer Service
I was disappointed with Luggage Forward's service. This is the third time I have used the service, which has never happened before. I liked this service, but unfortunately, my suitcase arrived dirty but in good condition. I immediately contacted customer service to ask why this could happen. Then, I got an apology and a discount if I use it again. I was disappointed but happy because I got the best solution from customer service.
